Rental Terms and Cancellation Policy

Booking and payment
Your order is confirmed when you sign the invoice and pay by debit or credit card through our secure link. The quote lists the unit, delivery and pickup, service visits, any rush or distance fee and any sales tax. We add no fuel surcharge and no card fee. Tax-exempt groups must send a valid Pennsylvania exemption certificate before the invoice is final.
Event rentals
Event rentals cover up to 4 days on site. We deliver the day before the event, or Friday or Saturday for a Sunday event, and pick up the next business day. Event units are not serviced during the rental unless a service visit is purchased.
28-day rentals and renewal
Construction, home and farm rentals bill in 28-day cycles with 1 service visit per week. Cycles renew automatically at the renewal rate until you request pickup. Billing stops on the day you call or text (610) 229-0108 to request pickup. Units are not picked up automatically.
Cancellation and changes
You may cancel, reschedule or change the address for a full refund until 3 p.m. on the business day before delivery. After that time, the delivery charge is non-refundable. Same-day orders may be cancelled for a full refund until the truck leaves the yard.
Delivery, access and placement
Deliveries run Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We give a window, not an exact time. The site must offer level, firm ground within about 15 feet of a spot our truck can reach, gates at least 4 feet wide, and clearance from wires and branches. If the driver cannot deliver or service the unit because of a locked gate, blocked spot or unsafe access, a return-trip fee may apply.
Care of the unit and damage
You agree not to move, tip, burn, paint or put trash, chemicals or hazardous waste in the unit. Damage beyond normal wear, theft or loss is billed at repair or replacement cost. We are not responsible for normal marks on lawns, driveways or landscaping where the unit was placed at your direction.
Winter service
From December through March we add antifreeze brine to tanks. If snow or ice blocks access, the service visit moves to the first clear day.
