What we collect

The quote form collects your phone number, delivery ZIP code, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, quantity and guest or crew size, plus the page you sent it from. When you book, we also collect the delivery address, name, email and placement notes needed to deliver.

How the form data is sent

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Web3Forms handles the message only to deliver it to us. Card payments are processed by our payment provider through a secure link; card numbers are never stored on this website.

How we use it

We use your details only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, pick up and bill your rental, and to contact you about that rental. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not send marketing texts.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies. If site analytics are enabled, they record pages visited and clicks on the phone number and form so we can see which pages help renters.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become rentals are deleted within 12 months. Rental records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
